This creamy, high-protein cottage cheese ice cream is a simple, healthy twist on traditional frozen desserts—no churn required!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups full-fat cottage cheese
  • 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: 1 cup frozen or fresh fruit (e.g., strawberries, mango, banana)
  • Optional: 2 tablespoons nut butter
  • Optional: 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • Optional: 1/4 cup dark chocolate chunks

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until completely smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a shallow container or loaf pan.
  3. Freeze for at least 2–3 hours.
  4. Let it sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before scooping.
  5. Enjoy as-is or with your favorite toppings.

Notes

For best texture, use full-fat cottage cheese and blend until no curds remain. Add a splash of milk if blending is difficult.
