Ingredients

  • 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon Japanese (Himalayan) pink salt
  • 1 cup warm filtered water
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon organic raw honey (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add the Himalayan pink salt to a glass or mug.
  2. Slowly pour in warm filtered water and stir to dissolve the salt.
  3. Squeeze in fresh lemon juice and stir again.
  4. Add apple cider vinegar if using and mix well.
  5. Stir in raw honey if a sweeter taste is preferred.
  6. Taste and adjust with more water, lemon, or salt to your preference.
