  • ½ cup diced bell peppers
  • ½ cup sliced mushrooms
  • ¼ cup chopped onions
  • ¼ cup sliced black olives
  • ½ cup sliced pepperoni (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown 1 pound of ground beef or Italian sausage in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add diced onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms to the skillet. Cook until softened, about 4–5 minutes. Season with oregano, basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stir in the sliced pepperoni and warm through for 1–2 minutes.
  5. Divide the cooked meat and veggie mixture evenly into oven-safe bowls.
  6. Spoon a generous layer of low-carb pizza sauce on top, then sprinkle shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over each bowl.
  7. Place the bowls on a baking sheet and bake for 15–20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
