A simple, all-natural drink made with chia seeds, lemon juice, and apple cider vinegar. It supports digestion, curbs appetite, and offers a refreshing start to your day.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
  • 12 oz cold filtered water
  • Optional: pinch of ground ginger
  • Optional: dash of Ceylon cinnamon
  • Optional: pinch of pink salt
  • Optional: honey or monk fruit, to taste
  • Optional: cucumber or mint slices for flavor

Instructions

  1. Add chia seeds to the cold water and let sit for 10–15 minutes until gel-like.
  2. Stir in lemon juice and apple cider vinegar.
  3. Add any optional ingredients for flavor or added benefits.
  4. Mix well and sip slowly on an empty stomach.

Notes

Best enjoyed in the morning before breakfast. If new to high fiber, start with smaller amounts and hydrate well throughout the day.
