A tropical, soul-soothing drink that’s equal parts salty, sweet, and alive—like a beach vacation in a glass with a superfood twist.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz blue curaçao
  • 2 oz fresh pineapple juice
  • 1 oz full-fat coconut cream
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice
  • 1/2 tsp blue spirulina powder
  • Fresh or frozen blueberries (for garnish)
  • Whipped cream (dairy or coconut-based)
  • Pineapple wedge (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Chill pineapple juice, coconut cream.
  2. In a blender, combine pineapple juice, coconut cream, blue spirulina, and crushed ice.
  3. Blend on high for 30–45 seconds until smooth and frothy.
  4. Pour into a tall chilled glass, leaving a little space at the top.
  5. Top with whipped cream (optional) and garnish with pineapple wedge and blueberries.
  6. Serve immediately while fresh and frosty.

Notes

Use blue spirulina for vibrant color and a health boost. Always go with full-fat coconut cream for the smoothest, richest texture.
