A simple, mineral-packed detox drink using Japanese (or Himalayan) pink salt, designed to support digestion, hydration, and weight loss in just 3 days.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (8 oz) warm water
  • ¼ tsp Japanese or Himalayan pink salt
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (optional)
  • ½ tsp raw honey (optional)
  • ½ tsp apple cider vinegar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Warm water until it’s comfortable to touch, not boiling.
  2. Add ¼ teaspoon of pink salt and stir until dissolved.
  3. Add lemon juice, honey, or apple cider vinegar if using.
  4. Stir thoroughly to combine.
  5. Drink first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
  6. Wait 20–30 minutes before eating or drinking anything else.
  7. Repeat each morning for 3 consecutive days.

Notes

Stick to ¼ tsp salt per serving. Avoid drinking this mix too late in the day to prevent fluid retention. Always stay hydrated with plain water throughout the day.
